Guarantee for return and exchange of goods
Our employees make sure that the goods purchased in the online store AvtoObves were high quality and also ideally suited to the intended car, so we check each product before sending for defect.
All goods are covered by a warranty confirming the obligation in the absence of factory defects, namely the exchange or refund in case of payment for the goods.
Please note: when receiving the goods, be sure to visually check for damage - especially this inspection is required if you pick up the goods at the offices of transport companies !!!
In case of detection of any defects:
- please call the numbers listed at the top of the site or in the contacts section
- write a statement of claim in the branch of the transport company that the goods have defects and their origin is associated with the transportation of goods.
- consolidate this act in the office of receipt of goods.
Return and exchange
The AutoObves online store always strives to create friendly conditions for returning goods for its customers. We have developed a very detailed return form to complete this procedure correctly and eliminate overlays and inaccuracies. This is done so that we are guaranteed to understand the situation and solve the problem properly as soon as possible.
We understand that it is not always possible to detect a defect when receiving goods at Nova Poshta, and some problems with the purchase may arise after 14 days (Article 9. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection"). In such cases, we are ready to meet you and deviate from the law in favor of the client.
Please keep the product in a decent condition, do not tear the packaging, do not throw away the box, do not tape the purchase and do not deprive it of its appearance in other ways. Then the return procedure will go smoothly. We are always ready to help our customers and resolve issues in your favor.
The order of return of goods
To return or exchange the goods you need
- fill in the application for the return of the goods - then send it to the e-mail email@example.com
- add a copy of the sales receipt (available at the second stage of application.)
- send the goods by Nova Poshta service, after which it is obligatory to inform the declaration number and the card for reimbursement to the store manager.
